INGREDIENTS
- 45ml / 1 1/2 fl oz Reposado tequila
- 150ml / 5 fl oz East Imperial Grapefruit Soda
- 7.5ml / 1/4 oz. Suze
GARNISH
- Half a grapefruit wheel
METHOD
Build in a chilled, kosher salt rimmed collins glass, then add quality ice. Garnish with half a grapefruit wheel (or a quarter pomelo wheel when in season).
