Pomela
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml / 1 1/3 fl oz Premium tequila
- 15ml / 1/2 fl oz Fresh lime juice
- 7.5ml / 1/4 fl oz Dark Creme de Cacao
- Top with East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic
GARNISH
- Orange coin
METHOD
Add tequila, lime juice and Creme de Cacao to a shaker tin, pack with ice and shake hard. Strain into a chilled highball flute with a fine strainer and top with East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic. Garnish with an orange coin.
