INGREDIENTS
- 40ml / 1 ⅓ oz Islay Single Malt Whisky
- 10ml / ⅓ oz I.P.A. Syrup*
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Topped with East Imperial Grapefruit Soda
GARNISH
- Fresh Lime Zest
METHOD
Add whiskey, I.P.A. syrup, bitters and Grapefruit Soda to a chilled highball glass, pack with cubed ice and garnish with lime zest.
